Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a full-time Administrator.  Under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, The Administrator will be responsible for overall management and administration of the Imperial Manor operations and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the Department of Social Services, California Code of Regulations, Title 22, CAL OSHA requirements as well as any State or Federal funded programs as well as with Volunteers of America's Policies and Procedures.  Areas of responsibility include patient care, physical plant care and operations.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Must be licensed by the State of California as a Nursing Home Administrator current license with no deficiencies or adverse actions.
  2. Five or more years of related experience.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
  4. Must become certified administrator as defined by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, Title 22.
  5. Must demonstrate knowledge of general principles of accounting, business management, and personnel administration
  6. Must actively participate in efforts to stay informed of changes in laws, rules, regulations, practices and operations of a Skilled Nursing Facilities and Health Care profession.
  7. Must have current valid driver's license and good driving record. Must use own automobile for driving required in the course of completing position responsibilities.
